Pleno del Comité Central del PCCh aprueba enmienda a estatutos del Partido
La séptima sesión plenaria del XVI Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh), clausurada el día 12 en Beijing, aprobó el día 12una enmienda a los Estatutos del PCCh.
Wu Bangguo, miembro del Comité Permanente del Buró Político del Comité Central del PCCh, explicó el proyecto de enmienda en la reunión, de acuerdo con el comunicado dado a conocer después del pleno, que, sin embargo, no explicita los detalles de la enmienda.
El Buró Político del Comité Central del PCCh elaboró el proyecto de enmienda a los Estatutos del Partido el 17 de septiembre, indicando que éste reflejará los importantes pensamientos estratégicos que el actual Comité Central del PCCh ha expuesto desde 2002, tales como el concepto de desarrollo científico.
El pleno también aprobó un informe que será sometido por el XVI Comité Central al inminente XVII Congreso Nacional del PCCh.
Ambos documentos serán entregados al mismo congreso, que se inaugurará el próximo 15 de octubre.
La última enmienda a los Estatutos del Partido se realizó en el XVI Congreso Nacional del PCCh en noviembre de 2002, cuando la importante doctrina de la "Triple Representatividad" fue incluida en el documento fundamental.
En el XV Congreso Nacional del PCCh en 1997, la Teoría de Deng Xiaoping fue agregada a los Estatutos del Partido como teoría guía para el Partido junto al marxismo-leninismo y el Pensamiento de Mao Zedong.
La teoría sobre la construcción del socialismo con características chinas fue incluida en los Estatutos del Partido en el XIV Congreso Nacional del Partido en 1992. (Xinhua)
